Chef Grey is the Founder and Chef of Shiro Bistro and Sky Sushi in Northern California. Throughout his career, Grey has become known for his use of the best ingredients and flavor, and his commitment to increasing sustainability in his menu.
Grey majored in Culinary Arts Management, and Convention at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Grey’s culinary career began at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas and provided catering services for celebrated Hotels, including Venetian, Bally's, and Paris Hotel. Grey worked at some of the most prominent sushi restaurants in Las Vegas prior to opening the first Sky Sushi at El Dorado Hills, CA, in 2005. Grey quickly became a successful Chef and businessman opening two more Sky locations in Roseville (2007) and Rancho Cordova (2014), CA.
